Dr. Julia Thorne
Role: Lead Researcher & Conservation Ecologist.
Biography: Dr. Julia Thorne has been studying temperate forest biodiversity for over 15 years. She specializes in monitoring rare plant species and analyzing ecosystem resilience to climate change. Her work within the project is focused on the scientific accuracy of our field research.
Area of responsibility: Botanical descriptions, environmental ethics, expedition reports.
Arlo Vance
Role: Field Operations & Equipment Specialist.
Biography: Arlo Vance is a former wilderness survival instructor and professional field guide. Having spent thousands of hours in remote regions, he has become an expert in gear capable of withstanding extreme conditions. Arlo is responsible for testing the tools we use in our missions.
Area of responsibility: Expedition planning, trail safety, equipment standards, metallurgy of cutting tools.
